Nestled in the heart of 4129 Merchant Plaza, this charming bistro is a go-to spot for both locals and visitors. Known for its authentic Thai cuisine and warm, inviting atmosphere, Siam Bistro offers a unique dining experience that sets it apart from the rest.

What immediately grabs your attention when walking into Siam Bistro is the welcoming ambiance. The interior strikes a perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy comfort, creating a laid-back yet stylish space perfect for any occasion. Whether you're in the mood for a quiet dinner, a family gathering, or even a casual lunch with friends, this restaurant has the vibe you're looking for.

One of the things that make Siam Bistro so popular is its diverse and flavorful menu. The dishes here are crafted with care, using high-quality ingredients and traditional Thai spices. A must-try is the Pad Thai, which has become a signature dish of the restaurant. It's a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and a little bit of heat, just the way it should be. The chicken and shrimp are cooked to perfection, and the noodles are wonderfully chewy and flavorful.

For those who prefer a spicier kick, the Green Curry is another standout. Served with a choice of protein, the coconut-based sauce is rich and comforting, while the fresh herbs and spicy notes provide an exciting burst of flavor with every bite. You’ll also find a variety of stir-fried dishes, soups, and salads on the menu, all designed to deliver an authentic taste of Thailand.

Plus, the chefs are open to making adjustments for dietary preferences, so if you’re vegetarian or gluten-free, they’ll make sure you have a dish that fits your needs.

For dessert, Siam Bistro doesn't disappoint either. The Sticky Rice with Mango is a classic Thai dessert, and here it’s done just right. The warm, sweet rice paired with perfectly ripened mango is a refreshing end to any meal. If you're craving something more decadent, try the Fried Banana with Coconut Ice Cream-crispy, sweet, and totally satisfying.

  • Food is amazing. But there is this one lady with wrinkle face is very rude. She offers very bad service. She is super nice to Americans it seems but me being Asian , she lookes down on me it feels. Her babe is Sue. I watch her going to other tables and take her time but when she comes to drop food abd drink at my table , she seems in hurry and there were only 4 customers in the restaurant. They were not busy. I came twice and both time I had bad experience.

  • First time eating at Siam Bistro. Definitely won't be my last! This is a quaint little restaurant, specializing in Thai dishes, with a bistro feel. A hidden gem on the lower level of Merchant Plaza. I had the Drunken Noodles with Chicken, medium spice level (which was similar to a 3-4 in other restaurants.) Very tasty, seasoned well and filling. Also had some steamed dumplings for appetizer. They were petite dumplings that you can eat in one bite. A good experience, reasonable prices and nice atmosphere.

  • Got delivery for the first time—so delish! Highly recommend. The pad Thai dish (great flavor, tofu was perfect and great sauce!) and the Basil Fried rice was amazing. Salad was fresh and had a great peanut sauce. Highly recommend the lettuce/rice wraps—so refreshing and dipping peanut sauce was very good. Thank you Siam Bistro for a great dinner!

  • I thoroughly enjoyed the Seafood Phuket (no squid!) My BF had the beef Pad Thai along with Tom Kha Gai soup. All was great. They do a lot of takeout so pick a table in the corner for some privacy.

  • Siam Bistro is truly a gem! The service is always exceptional—gracious, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making you feel appreciated from the moment you step in. The atmosphere is amazing, with a warm and inviting vibe that enhances the dining experience. The food is consistently outstanding—served hot, with incredible flavors and beautiful presentation. Every dish reflects authentic Thai cuisine, offering a unique experience that's hard to find elsewhere. Whether you're a local or just visiting, Siam Bistro is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates great food and hospitality. Highly recommended!

  • Amazingly attentive service. Restaurant has a calm atmosphere and a good menu. My order was for pad Thai and a spring roll and hot tea. I was brought my own pot of very good tea with the spring roll. The pad Thai was good. The kitchen customizes each dish for spiciness. I asked for 2 on a 1-4 scale. I found my dish to be quite mild. The waitress then told me she asked for 1.5 not a 2. I expected to get what I ordered. I prefer pad Thai with more bean sprouts. Mine was almost all rice noodles. Despite this, the dish was quite tasty. I will return but will be very precise that I want extra veggies and the level of heat that I ask for.
